This smart colour changing LED Downlight from our range of Mi-Light products is a bright (1100LM), ceiling mountable luminaire. Drawing 12 Watts from the RGB CW & WW LEDs, the LED Downlight emits a powerful beam of colour, producing over a stunning 16 million colour combinations.

You also have the option to adjust the colour temperature with the white LEDs. Adjust the temperature from 2700K (warm white) to 6500K (cool white) for a great ambient lighting effect. Not sure what the difference between colour temperatures are? Simply use this colour temperature slider.

LED lights are extremely energy efficient. They use less energy than their halogen counterparts while also producing less heat, therefore wasting less energy. They also have a longer life span which means that your LED bulbs will not need replacing regularly, saving you money and time.

Controlling the FUT066 LED Downlight
You can control this dimmable LED downlight from a single 2.4G RF remote control Mi-Light Handset or Mi-Light Wall panel. These controllers give you the perfect controlled lighting. These controllers enable you to effortlessly control your lighting with simple touch sensitive buttons.

The LED light bulbs allow you to adjust the RGB colour, colour temperature and brightness of the LED lighting. This enables full control to make over a millions colour combinations from bright bold colours to light pastel colours.

Installing the LED Downlight
The Mi-Light control system features “Signal Transmitting & Mode sync”. This means each LED light re-transmits the signal from the LED controller to other LED lights in the group. This effectively creates a MESH network that means all the Mi-Light dimmable downlights in the network will synchronise together wirelessly, without any connecting control leads.

As long as the first LED light is within 30 meters of the LED controller, the signal from the controller will jump from the first light to the rest of the lights that are within 30 meters of each other.

This Mi-Light recessed downlight is suitable for installation where there is a shallow ceiling void due to its minimal depth of just 40mm. This LED lighting fixture has an IP rating of 20. This means that it is dust proof but is not waterproof. Therefore it must be installed in a non-damp/wet environment to prolong the life of the driver and Downlight.

The energy efficient lighting fixture is supplied with its own driver so it just requires a mains power supply. An input voltage of AC100-240V is required for this unit.

Each downlighter is designed to be ceiling mounted into a 145mm-150mm diameter hole. It is secured with spring-loaded clips which hold the unit firmly in place.
